Our Junior Infants enjoyed experimenting with floating and sinking this week. We made predictions about which items would float and which wouldn’t, then tested our ideas. The children thoroughly enjoyed this hands-on learning activity!🧫🔭🔬⚗️🧬🥼🧪🧑🔬

We watched the Junior Infants’ Christmas show, went on a Christmas walk to see the crib in the church and Santa’s post box in town, visited Sensory Santa at the castle, and even played Pin the Tail on the Reindeer! 🎅🏼🦌

A huge thank you to Apple Green in Birdhill for having us today and for being such kind and generous hosts. We were looked after so well, and the Burger King meals and delicious cookies were a real treat.
Our gratitude also goes to Noreen Kelly, who led the choir and put an incredible amount of work into preparing the girls over the past few weeks. A special thanks to Martin and Peter for playing guitar and bringing great energy to the group.
It was a wonderful day filled with music, memories, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who called in to support us.

The standard was so high that choosing winners was incredibly difficult. We held a special assembly today where the winning creations were announced and celebrated.

Our Junior Infants have had an absolute ball learning new moves & building confidence, balance, and teamwork during their 6-week block of Judo lessons with James! They’ve been giving it their all and having so much fun along the way.

Today’s Toy Show Pyjama Day was a great success and it’s all thanks to the wonderful students, families and staff in our school community. Your support and kindness were truly felt throughout the day.
We are delighted to share that €1,151 has been raised and has been handed over to St Vincent de Paul Nenagh to help local families in our community this Christmas.
From the cosy pyjamas to the lovely atmosphere, today was full of fun and Christmas cheer. We are so grateful to everyone who donated and helped make a real difference for families in need.

Buddy reading builds confidence, nurtures a love of stories, and brings our school community together. Such a lovely experience for everyone!
