The boys and girls had an amazing week here in St. Maryโs for our Summer Programme. โจโ๏ธ We visited the post office and looked for our addresses and posted some letters to our school. ๐๐ฎWe went to Jennyโs kitchen to enjoy some hot chocolate and buns on a wet miserable day. โ๏ธ๐ง๏ธโ๏ธ We enjoyed Zumba with Christine and learned some new dance moves! ๐บ๐ชฉ๐ We took a trip to Tesco and bought our ingredients that we needed to make toasties! One last big job for Ms.Mary Ryan's 3rd class today was to harvest our strawberries and vegetables from the school polytunnel. ๐ฑ๐๐ง๐ง

Throughout the year we have really enjoyed the process of sowing these seeds and bulbs and following the guidance of the GIY Grow It Yourself programme in growing these vegetables. Ms. Majella & Mrs. OโConnorโs Junior Infants had an amazing day today on their โFun Dayโ. We started off the day with a visit to St. Maryโs Secondary School where Adventure World Summer Camps had wonderful inflatable activities for us to take part in. The children thoroughly enjoyed the โBucking Broncoโ and โWipe-outโ. When we arrived back to school the girls and boys took part in Zumba dance lessons with Christine Nevin ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ป. Our day was complete when we saw the ice-cream van coming to the school gates and every child was able to enjoy their cone outside.
